1. Service Overview
Airport Transfers

Full-Day Charter Service
· Private charter service for city tours, business travel, or leisure trips
· Dedicated vehicle and professional driver
· Flexible itinerary tailored to your needs
· Ideal for family travel, business trips, and group tours
Charter Service Hours:
· Available between 08:00 – 20:00
· Includes 10 hours of service within this time period
2. Booking Guidelines
· Please make your reservation at least 2 days in advance
· Accurate travel information is required at the time of booking
o For airport transfers, flight number and arrival/departure time must be provided
o For charter services, please provide your planned itinerary or general route
· Please inform us in advance if you have special luggage or equipment
· Please select the appropriate vehicle type based on the number of passengers
· Oversized or special luggage may require a larger vehicle
3. Pricing Information
Price Includes:
· Vehicle usage fee
· Driver service fee
· Highway tolls
· Parking fees
· Fuel costs
Price Excludes:
· Overtime fee: ¥1,500 per 15 minutes
o For airport transfers: waiting time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time
o For charter services: overtime is calculated after the reserved service hours are exceeded
· Child seat: ¥500 per seat (advance reservation required)
· Personal expenses such as attraction tickets, meals, and other costs incurred during the trip
4. Full-Day Charter Service Notes
· Charter service includes 10 hours of use between 08:00 and 20:00
· Overtime charges will apply if the reserved service time is exceeded
· If service is required before 08:00 or after 20:00, please contact us in advance for confirmation
5. Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Refund available, minus applicable payment processing fees
· Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the service fee will be charged
· Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled service, or No-show: No refund
6. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Where will the driver meet me?
A: The driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a sign with the name provided at the time of booking.
Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible. We will adjust the pickup arrangements according to your updated arrival time.
Q: Can I change the itinerary or add stops during the charter service?
A: Yes, changes or additional stops are possible; however, extra charges may apply. Please confirm with us in advance.
